For 19 years I've been coaching health-focused physique change for women whose body has stopped responding

Your body is not resisting fat loss for no reason.

 

But for women over 40, fat loss often becomes about more than just creating a deficit.

 

The real question is: "Why has that deficit become so much harder to create, tolerate, or sustain?"

 

This is where, and why, many women feel stuck..

They either know what to do, but cannot seem to do it consistently enough for it to work… or they feel like they are doing everything right, but their body still is not responding.

 

Both are frustrating.

And both usually point to the same need: a more strategic approach that accounts for your body, your habits, your physiology, and your actual life.

Who I work with

How I work

I don’t hand out generic macros, cookie-cutter workouts, or surface-level advice and call it coaching. My work is far more strategic than that.

 

I look at the bigger picture: your nutrition, training, digestion, hormones, stress load, sleep, recovery, habits, symptoms, history, labs (if needed), and what your life can realistically support.

 

We don't "chase fat loss". We build responsiveness, with a science-backed, personalized plan and a structure that helps you execute it consistently, long enough for it to work.

 

This is not about doing more.

It’s about doing what’s meaningful.

 

It is about identifying what actually matters, removing what is not working, and building the right strategy for the season your body is in.

Coaching Options

There are two ways to work with me:

 

Foundations & Physique Coaching

→ structure, consistency, fat loss, training, nutrition, lifestyle & exercise

 

Functional Health & Physique Coaching

→ everything above PLUS deeper root-cause, incorporating labs and focusing on gut health and hormone balance 

What to Expect From Coaching

This is a high touch in-depth coaching relationship.

 

We are not chasing quick fixes or short-term results.

 

We are going to build something that actually holds.

 

That takes time, consistency, and honest communication.

 

We work together over a minimum of six months so we can properly identify what’s been keeping you stuck, implement a strategy your body can respond to, adjust it in real time as your body responds AND ensure you can keep the results you achieve with me, after coaching is done.

 

You are not left guessing. I promise you will have clear direction, ongoing support, and a level of coaching that goes far beyond a plan.

Responsiveness leads to results.
When the strategy fits the woman, bodies respond.

What happens after I apply?
