INVESTMENT: $299-$449 PER MONTH
Labs/Consult Bundle
This option is for individuals who want clarity and guidance through functional lab testing without ongoing coaching. The Labs & Consultation Bundle includes an initial consultation to review your health history and determine what testing (serum, DUTCH, GI MAP, etc) is best; a second consult to walk through your lab results in detail, and a follow-up consultation at three months to reassess progress and next steps. These sessions are educational and insight-focused, designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and how to move forward with intention.

One-on-one Mentorship
This mentorship is for health and fitness coaches who want to think more deeply, coach more effectively, and grow with intention. It’s a customized, 1:1 mentorship that includes live mentorship calls one to two times per month along with weekly mentorship lessons to support ongoing learning and application. We focus on case review, clinical reasoning, lab interpretation, and building sustainable coaching systems, not cookie-cutter protocols. This mentorship is best suited for coaches who value depth, discernment, and long-term development.
INVESTMENT: $275-475/month based on personal preferences
The Gut Health Package
The Gut Health Package is a focused, diagnostic program designed for individuals experiencing ongoing digestive symptoms who want clarity and direction based on real data. This package includes comprehensive stool testing to assess gut imbalances, inflammation, infections, and digestive function, along with personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies informed by your results. The goal is to identify what’s driving your GI symptoms and take intentional action to restore digestive stability. This is a gut-specific container, not full-spectrum functional or body composition coaching, and is best suited for those seeking targeted answers and a clear plan forward specific to the health and function of their gut
