If someone were to ask me why I became a coach the simplest answer I can give is this: to serve.
I have been an athlete my whole life, and I believe God guided me into coaching so that He could use my passion for health and fitness as a means of loving and serving others.
I believe that we are best able to fullfill God's calling on our lives when we are caring for our bodies through whole nutrient dense food, engaging in movement, and learning how to rest and manage stress.
