If you're viewing this page, it's because you have enrolled in one-to-one coaching with me, and I wanted to take a moment and personally tell you how excited I am that you are here!
Believe me when I say that I am personally invested in your experience with me and your success on our coaching journey. For over 18 years I have been a coach in the online space, helping clients just like you, reach their health and physique goals. I cannot wait to help you become your own success story too!
Let's get this party started!
From this point forward, it does not matter what you’ve been through, how frustrated you've felt, or how stuck you've been.
All that matters is what you and I are working towards.
Your past is not your present and your present is not your future.
You’ve taken this step this very big, very important, very courageous step, but it is just the first step, one of many steps that you will be taking as we work side-by-side to achieve your goals.
That said, in order to get the most out of your coaching experience, please keep these things in mind:

You will get out of this, what you put into it. Simply ‘going through the motions' will not be enough. Health coaching is a process, at times an intense one, and it's going to require alot of effort on your part! I am here to support you, but I cannot do the work for you. I might be guiding the process but you need to execute it.

I agreed to work with you, because I see incredible potential in you. But for that to shine, you have to realize it as well, and tap into it. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

I can help solve your problems if I know about them. However, I can't read minds, so please speak up. All struggles have a solution and I’m here to help! You have plenty of access to me during weekly check-ins, through email, through text and through social media avenues. There’s absolutely no excuse for not letting me know what’s going on and asking for help when you need it.

I will never judge or criticize you. I may at times offer a little tough love, but I promise it will always be heartfelt, and it will always be given with your absolute best in mind. I am just as invested in your success as you are.

All good relationships in life are built upon honesty and trust, and our relationship is no different. I will always be honest with you, and I will always expect you to be honest with me. If you tell me everything’s fine and you’re following the plan, I’m going to take you at your word. So if you’re stuck, if you’re struggling, if you’re not following the plan, if you can’t follow the plan, if the plan just ain’t cutting it for you … be honest! Not being honest with me, only hurts you and hurts your results, because dishonesty prevents me from coaching you to the best of my ability.

Your Program:
You are enrolled in 1:1 Functional Health and Nutrition Coaching. This program approaches transformation from a holistic perspective, factoring in all aspects of health such as sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise, recovery, self care, and mental/emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
It includes:

Fully customized nutritional strategy

Fully customized strength & cardio programming

Personalized lifestyle and supplement recommendations

Unlimited adjustments to program based on biofeedback

Weekly email check-ins with a LOOM (video), voice note (audio), or email (written) response PLUS a monthly live coaching call via Phone

Lab interpretation, ordering, and analysis ( I am able to order for you the following testing- genetic testing, serum labwork, functional lab work, saliva testing, etc)

Access to my Fullscript account, clinical grade supplements direct from manufacturer at 10% off
Next steps:
Below you will find links to complete your new client paperwork, which is the first step you need to take in order to begin this process.
Please complete the forms and upload your starting photos. If you are UNABLE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS, please email them: Allisonmoyer@live.com.
Please adhere to the following guidelines for your photos:
-Three photos (1 front, 1 back, 1 side)
-Relaxed stance- no posing or flexing
-Sports bra and shorts or preferably a bikini, for women. Shorts for men.
-FULL body shots- this means TOP TO BOTTOM
-No selfies. If using your own cell phone please use a timer camera app so you can set the camera up and time the shot rather than taking a self shot.
-Please take the photos in a space or area of the house you will have convenient access to on a weekly basis, so that you can take the photos, consistently in the same place throughout the duration of the program.
PLEASE send me ALL materials in ONE email. It REALLY helps me to have it all in one place.
Once I have all completed documentation returned from you, I will review and complete your initial assessment. From there, I can begin to map out our journey together. During this time you and I will likely be back and forth as I may have continued questions prior to completing your program.
Once your program is complete I will be sending you an email with a PDF of your personal success plan (nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation strategies for your success).
The success of one-on-one coaching lies in our weekly checkins. Each week you will have a scheduled checkin with me. These checkins will be scheduled, involve an online checkin form, and will be conducted through email. Once a month we will have a live coaching call. This call is optional, but if you prefer verbal communication versus email, and enjoy a personalized experience I would encourage them. I will explain the checkin process further once your programming is complete.
